The users of the web-portal are:

procurement customers (administrators of public funds, who carry out procurement for public funds in the order specified by the Law of Ukraine "On public procurement");

potential bidders who get access to information on procurement by registering on the web-portal and who are the users of the web-portal.

If you are a potential bidder and want to become a user of the web-portal, you can register on-line. Registration enables you to search for information on procurement. Registration is free of charge.

The registration of the customers is carried out according to clause 3 «Temporary order of work with the web-portal of the Authorized body "Public Procurement"».
